Payment Policy



  1. Megatop accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards and the most popular forms of payment. In addition, accepted payment methods may vary based on country and type of order. All available payment methods are shown during checkout.
  2. Credit cards must be issued by a North American bank or institution unless you pay with your credit card through PayPal.
  3. If you are an international buyer who wants to ship overseas, please see the payment information in the International Sales section for additional details.

 

Credit & Debit Cards 

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This option is available only for credit cards issued in the USA with a billing address in the USA. 
  2. Please make sure that your billing name, address, and phone number match the information on your credit card monthly billing statement. 
  3. We don’t charge the card until the order ships. However, if we take a back order or the shipment schedule is over five (5) calendar days, we may charge the credit card before shipping the product.

Purchase Orders with Net 30 Terms

  1. Net 30 terms offer our customers the flexibility to pay by business check, wire transfer, or ACH/EFT electronic payment up to 30 days after the product ships. 
  2. We accept purchase orders from qualified business customers, public schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, government agencies, and established corporations.
  3. Please note to be eligible for its Net 30 invoicing; you must make a purchase of $100 minimum, have a tax ID and DUNS number, be established for at least 30 days, have no delinquencies on your credit report, and be an authorized officer of your company.
  4. The most extended term we currently offer is 30 days. We offer up to 30 days for Net terms. We reserve the right to ensure that your payment clears with your bank before approving your order for shipping. 
  5. Credit limits will be established after we have received three credit references and your lead bank. Please download and complete our Credit Application Form. Forms can be e-mailed to sales@megatop.com, printed, completed, and returned to our Accounting Department via fax (802) 243-0232
  6. If you'd like to apply online, please supply the following information so that we may establish an open account for you. It is important that you complete all reference information. All shipments prior to credit verification will be credit cards or cash in advance. This form will be transmitted via email unencrypted. If you desire your information to be transmitted in a more secure manner, please print out and fax a Credit Application using the information provided above.
  7. In order to be eligible for its Net 30 invoicing, you must make a purchase of $100 minimum, have a tax ID and DUNS number, be established for at least 30 days, have no delinquencies on your credit report, and be an authorized officer of your company. The longest term we currently offer is 30 days. We do not offer more than 30 days for Net terms. We reserve the right to ensure that your payment clears with your bank before approving your order for shipping. 
  8. If the Customer fails to make payment within 30 days of shipment or pick-up, Megatop may defer, suspend or cancel the entire shipment or any part of unshipped order, until such payment is made. We reserve the right to charge a convenience fee for late payments, as well as a late payment fee at the rate of 1.5% of the amount due for each month.

 

PayPal

  1. When placing an order using PayPal, the order will be verified by following the terms and conditions of PayPal. For example, PayPal must confirm your shipping address and verify your account before shipping. In addition, PayPal payment must be marked as "eligible" for PayPal Seller Protection on the transaction details page. 
  2. While PayPal orders can be shipped to an address different from the billing address, the address you’d like to use must already be saved in your PayPal account before purchase. PayPal can NOT be used for Pre-orders and Backorders. We do not accept payments via PayPal eChecks.
  3. Please note that we do not accept PayPal for backorder purchases.

 

Apple Pay

  1. Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc that allows users to make payments in person, in iOS apps, and on the web using the Safari browser on supported Apple devices ID. It is not available on any client device that is not made and sold by Apple (in particular, it cannot be used with Face ID or Touch on any Android device, nor on any browser running on Windows).
  2. To pay with Apple Pay, proceed to check out. First, fill in the delivery information. Next, review your order and when you proceed to payment, press the “Apple Pay” button on the checkout page, choose a credit card associated with your account, choose your shipping address, and then confirm the payment with the Touch ID or Face ID on your device.
  3. If you do not see the “Apple Pay” button on the checkout page, please ensure you use the Safari browser on a compatible device. Please refer to the Apple Support page for more details.

 

Google Pay

  1. Google Pay is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets, or watches.
  2. To pay with Google Pay, proceed to check out. Fill in the delivery information. Review your order and when you proceed to payment, press the “Google Pay” button on the checkout page, choose a credit card associated with your account, choose your shipping address, and then confirm the payment with the Touch ID or Face ID on your device. Please ensure you use a compatible device if you do not see the “Google Pay” button on the checkout page.
