Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains how Megatop accepts and processes payments. Available payment methods may vary based on order type, product category, destination, transaction value, risk review, compliance requirements, or other order-specific factors.
By submitting an order, you authorize Megatop to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, surcharges, and other fees, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
General Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing by Megatop.
- Megatop reserves the right to approve, decline, limit, suspend, or require an alternative payment method based on order details, product type, destination, transaction value, compliance concerns, verification results, or risk assessment.
- Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud review, export review, identity confirmation, billing-address review, shipping-address review, business verification, or other reasonable validation procedures before processing or shipment.
- Payment may be authorized at the time of order placement and captured at shipment, or it may be captured earlier for backorders, special-order products, custom products, long lead-time items, international transactions, freight orders, or other order types requiring advance payment or supplier commitment.
- Megatop reserves the right to hold, delay, suspend, or cancel any order when payment cannot be authorized, verified, approved, or collected.
- For international orders, additional payment conditions may apply. Please review our International Sales & Shipping information.
- Megatop does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order, customer, product, or destination.
- Megatop does not store customers’ full credit card numbers or card security codes. Online card payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems and service providers selected by Megatop.
Credit & Debit Cards
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, subject to verification and approval.
- The billing name, billing address, and other verification details must match the records associated with the card issuer where required.
- Card payments are typically authorized at checkout and captured at shipment. However, for certain backorders, special-order products, custom products, long lead-time items, freight shipments, or other transactions requiring advance commitment, payment may be captured before shipment.
- Megatop reserves the right to decline, limit, or request an alternative form of payment based on verification results, order value, product type, product restrictions, destination, compliance concerns, or fraud-prevention requirements.
- Debit cards may place a temporary authorization hold on funds until the transaction is finalized or released by your bank.
- If a transaction is declined, the customer is responsible for contacting the card issuer or providing an alternative approved payment method.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized-payment claims may delay order processing, suspend open orders, or affect future purchasing eligibility.
Net 30 / Purchase Orders
- Net 30 terms may be available to qualified business, government, school, and institutional customers, subject to approval.
- Eligibility may require valid business credentials, credit review, trade references, tax documentation, purchase-order procedures, or other supporting information requested by Megatop.
- Approved customers must pay invoices within 30 calendar days from the shipment date, pickup date, or invoice date, as specified by Megatop.
- Late payments may incur charges of up to 1.5% per month where permitted by law.
- Megatop reserves the right to suspend shipments, revoke credit terms, place accounts on hold, require prepayment, or cancel open orders if payment terms are not met or if account conditions change.
- All amounts due must be paid without offset, deduction, withholding, chargeback, or counterclaim except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by Megatop.
- Submission of a purchase order does not by itself guarantee approval of credit terms or acceptance of the order.
- Megatop may reject purchase orders containing additional or conflicting terms unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Megatop.
- Customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorneys’ fees and collection agency costs, where permitted by law.
PayPal
- PayPal payments are accepted only when the transaction meets PayPal eligibility and verification requirements and when the order otherwise satisfies Megatop’s payment and risk-review standards.
- The shipping address may need to be confirmed and saved within your PayPal account before checkout where required for verification or seller-protection eligibility.
- PayPal may not be available for certain order types, including some backorders, special-order items, custom products, long lead-time items, international orders, or high-value transactions.
- eChecks and similar delayed-settlement PayPal payment methods are not accepted unless Megatop expressly approves them.
- If PayPal is not available at checkout, that does not mean the order cannot be placed; it may simply mean that another approved payment method is required.
Apple Pay
- Apple Pay may be available on supported Apple devices and compatible browsers.
- Payments made through Apple Pay are processed using the card or payment method linked to your Apple Pay wallet and remain subject to standard authorization, verification, fraud review, and order-approval requirements.
- Megatop does not control Apple Pay device compatibility, wallet availability, or platform functionality.
- If Apple Pay is not shown at checkout, your device, browser, wallet configuration, order type, transaction details, or risk profile may not be supported.
Google Pay
- Google Pay may be available on supported devices, browsers, and eligible checkout environments.
- Transactions made through Google Pay are processed using the payment method stored in your Google account and remain subject to standard authorization, verification, fraud review, and order-approval requirements.
- Megatop does not control Google Pay platform availability, device support, or wallet functionality.
- If Google Pay is not available at checkout, your device, browser, wallet configuration, order type, transaction details, or risk profile may not be supported.
