The process controller is used wherever temperatures need to be controlled. The temperature controller is mounted in the control panel. Pt100 and K, E, J and N thermocouples are connected to the temperature controller. The measuring range depends on the sensor and can be set via the buttons on the temperature controller. The control is carried out with the temperature controller via On / Off or PID control. The controller has a self-optimization that prevents an overshoot of the process value.

The settings for this are also carried out using the buttons on the temperature controller. All important data is displayed on the LCD display of the temperature controller. The display of the temperature controller is a high-contrast display, which can be read perfectly even under bad conditions. In addition to a control output, the temperature controller has an additional alarm relay which closes a potential-free contact when the measured values are above or below the measured values.
