A illuminometer is used wherever a light check is necessary or recommended. The external light sensor of the illuminometer can be positioned according to requirements. The sensor cable has an extended length of approx. 1.5 metres. Different work or production projects require different lighting conditions. These lighting conditions can be created by using different light sources. Below you will find recommendations for lighting conditions in schools, factories or offices. Illuminometer can show measured values on the display as soon as it is switched on. Various presettings can also be used to activate or deactivate the functions built into the device. These functions include the normal HOLD function, which freezes the measured value in the display. The extreme values and the average value can also be frozen in the display. Other functions of the illuminometer include zero adjustment, automatic switch-off and automatic range selection.Measurements can be taken with the LED luxmeter in lux or food candle. The device is operated using just seven buttons, which enables one-handed operation. LED luxmeter is a battery-operated handheld device, making mobile measurements possible.The external sensor of the illuminometer has a large exposure area. It is located on a coiled power cable, which reaches a length of around 1.5 metres when extended. There is a protective cap on the light sensor that protects the sensor from damage and wear. It should always be placed on the sensor if it is not to be used for a longer period of time. The protective cap is also required if a zero adjustment is to be carried out on the LED luxmeter.
