The counting scale is a balance with two integrated weighing platforms in one measuring device. Both weighing surfaces on the precision balance have different specifications. With the large weighing surface of the precision balance, a weight of a test item of up to 25 kg / 55 lbs can be determined with a resolution of 0.5 g. With the small weighing surface of the precision balance, however, weighings of up to 1 kg / 2.2 lbs and a resolution of 0.02 g are possible. This means that this precision balance can be used to carry out an even wider range of weighings than alternative balances.

In addition to the normal weighing function, the precision balance has a piece counting function. The precision scales use this number function to determine the number of parts on the weighing surface. This enables the number of screws, sealing rings, batteries and other small parts to be determined by the precision balance, for example. The precision balance is used, for example, in logistics, for example to check inventory.
