Exair 2812DX Deluxe Aluminum Full-Flow Air Knife 12" Kit

Deluxe Full-Flow Air Knife Kits include a Full-Flow Air Knife, EFC (Electronic Flow Control), Universal Air Knife Mounting System, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator (with coupler). Full-Flow Air Knives borrow engineering elements from original Standard Air Knife with the added benefit of an airflow across its entire length. They also provides the smallest footprint of Air Knife line to fit in cramped machine spaces.

Aluminum - The aluminum Full-Flow Air Knife is suited to a wide variety of environments where corrosion or contamination is not a factor. The aircraft grade aluminum construction with plastic shim is very durable for general purpose applications. Stainless steel screws are used to eliminate corrosion in damp locations. It can withstand temperatures up to 180°F (82°C).
