How to view and download an Invoice?
Megatop gives you convenient solutions for accessing and paying your invoices. You can view, save, print, and get your invoices sent to you via email.
View Your Invoices
- Invoices are available the day after Megatop ships out the products. Invoices can be sent when a partial or complete order is shipped or picked up at the warehouse.
- Invoices are available for both online and offline orders invoiced.
How To Access
You can access your invoices from the My Account section by clicking on Invoicing. You can view, print, search for, download, and pay invoices from that page.
If you are not receiving your invoices, ensure that your company’s email system is not blocking emails from sales@megatop.com.
How do I check the Order Status and get Invoice copies online?
Login to My Account with your email and password to check the Order Status. Alternatively, request invoices via email or contact us and provide your email address and the Sales Order number. You can access your invoices from the My Account section by clicking on Invoicing when logged in. From that page, you can view, print, search for, and download invoices.
How to log in to my account?
There are three quick and easy ways to log in to your Megatop account to be able to see the orders and inquiries history and your order status.
How to log in with your email address
- Click on “My Account” in the top-right;
- Enter your “Email Address” and “Password”;
- Click on the “Login” button.
How to change my email address?
To update your email address, please take the following steps:
- Log in to My Account;
- go to the Settings page;
- go to the Email page;
- fill out the section "Change Email Address";
- Click on the "Save Changes" button.
Checkout for new and returning customers
First-time customers, or those who do not wish to create an account, can continue as Guests without the “log-in" option.
If you choose to “Create Account,” some of your benefits include
- Exclusive promotions and sales
- Access to order history and order status
- Quick reordering
- Net30 terms for qualifying customers
- Tax-exempt ordering for qualifying customers.
Returning customers should log in with their username and password to proceed to Checkout.
How do I change my password?
To change your account password, please take the following steps:
- Login into My Account;
- go to the Settings page;
- go to the Password page;
- fill out the section "Change Password";
- Click on the "Save Changes" button.
Passwords must be eight (8) to twelve (12) characters long, and we suggest that you use at least two of the following requirements:
- Use uppercase letters;
- use lowercase letters;
- use at least one number;
- use special characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, ?...).
If you forgot your password, simply click the Can't access my account link and follow the on-screen instructions.
How to make changes in the address book?
With the Address Book, you may:
- save your addresses;
- set up defaults,
- make the checkout process faster.
If you want to add, remove or edit your addresses:
- go to Address Book in My Account section and click Add Address, Edit, or Remove
It is possible to select a saved address from the drop-down menu.
