How do I create a Megatop account?
You can create an account during checkout or from the My Account or sign-in page.
Enter your contact information, create a password, and save your account details. Once your account is created, you can use it to view orders, manage addresses, and access available account features.
How do I log in to My Account?
Go to Sign In or My Account, enter your email address and password, and submit the form to access your account.
Can I check out as a guest, or do I need to create an account?
Many customers can check out as guests, but creating an account can make future purchases easier.
An account may let you review order history, manage saved addresses, track eligible shipments, reorder faster, and access invoices or account-based tools where available.

Can I view guest orders in My Account?
Guest orders may not automatically appear in a registered account unless they are linked to the same customer profile or email. If you need help locating a guest order, please contact us.
How can I check what I ordered previously?
Log in to My Account to view your order history and previously placed orders.
How do I check order status and tracking in My Account?
Log in to My Account and open your order history or order details section to review status, shipment progress, and available tracking information.
If tracking has already been issued, it may also appear in your shipment confirmation email.
How do I view and download an invoice?
You can access invoices through My Account when invoice functionality is available for your account.
Invoices are generally available after the order has shipped, including partial shipments when applicable.
Depending on your account type and permissions, you may be able to view, search, print, download, or pay invoices online.

How do I check order status and get invoice copies online?
Log in to My Account using your email and password to review order status and access invoices, when available for your account.
If you cannot find what you need online, please contact us with your order or sales order information.
How do I change my email address?
If your account settings allow email updates, log in to My Account, open your account settings, update your email address, and save the changes.
If you cannot update the email address yourself, please contact us.
How do I change my password?
If password management is available in your account settings, log in to My Account, open the password section, enter your current and new password, and save the changes.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the password reset or recovery link on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
Why can’t I log in to my account?
First, confirm that you are using the correct email address and password. If needed, use the password reset link on the sign-in page.

How do I make changes in the address book?
The address book lets you save addresses, manage defaults, and speed up checkout.
To add, edit, or remove an address, log in to My Account, open the address book section, and choose the available add, edit, or remove option.
Saved addresses can usually be selected during checkout when applicable.
Can I save multiple shipping addresses in My Account?
Yes. When the address book feature is available, you can usually save multiple shipping addresses and select from them during checkout.
Can I save multiple billing addresses in My Account?
When supported by the account address book, you may be able to save multiple billing addresses and choose the appropriate one during checkout or account administration.
How do I update my billing or shipping address?
Log in to My Account, open your address book or account settings, update the applicable address, and save your changes.
Address changes made in your account may not automatically change an order that has already been placed or processed.
Can I reorder items from My Account?
If reorder tools are available for your account, you may be able to reorder from prior order history or saved account activity.
Availability, pricing, and product status may have changed since the original purchase, so reorders are still subject to current product and checkout conditions.
Can I manage my saved payment methods in My Account?
Saved payment method management depends on the payment system and account features available to your profile.
If payment method storage or management is supported, you may be able to update or remove saved payment details from your account settings.
Can I view quotes or RFQ history in My Account?
Quote and RFQ visibility depends on the account tools available to your customer profile.
If quote history is not visible in your account, please contact us with your quote or order details.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to My Account, open your profile or account settings, update the available fields, and save the changes.
Available fields may include your name, contact details, company information, email address, password, and saved addresses depending on your account type.
Is my account information secure?
Account information is protected using standard website security and access controls.
